Make cities more responsive, so they are safer, healthier, and more equitable for the people who live in them.

Smart cities are responsive ones — ones that can adapt to the needs of citizens and the evolving conditions of streets, neighborhoods, governance. Numina enables this vision by providing real-time data to better inform city planning and to trigger city services where needed, when needed.

Who we are

We designed and built every aspect of Numina to specific customer projects — which means it’s only the solutions that cities actually need.

Our team brings backgrounds and networks from public health research, national civic technology initiatives, Fortune 100 technology companies, grassroots community organizing, and the arts to build data solutions for cities that are both creative and functional.
